Lawnwood Commons Apartments

The manager was able to show us an apartment . The people who live there are friendly. If a person needs a place to live either elderly or disabled this is a nice place to visit. They have 2 emergency call buttons in each of the apartments. Very spacious apartments.

My daughter hated it. The maintenance man would walk into her apartment. He had no notice, he walked in once and my daughter was in the shower. Had to make a police report. Plus the other people would have their dogs poop in my space and I had to clean it . I had NO dogs just 2 cats that was inside only. Management would walk the complex and listen through the air conditioning unit space to see what you was doing inside your apartment.

Ive came here to sell some things and its been nice here, the residents have always been nice here. The apartments are nice size for 1 bed room apartments. The yard is always well kept!!

Their management group is third rate at best. They take forever to see to the issues of their tenants and on site staff is usually standoffish and unwilling to listen to problems or concerns

I lived there for a short period of time being a person on SSI and have my services animals living with me the landlord didn't find the animals needed to be there with me even though they are certified services animals the landlord would be rude to my service animals and me and always asked for paperwork work on my service animals even though I choose to keep my mental disabilities to my self she kept bullying me and leaving rude notes on my door the apartment I rented from her had mold in the closets and under the carpet that the landlord chose to hide and paint over with white paint and when I asked for help fixing something in my apartment it took the guy who fixed stuff 4 weeks to show up to do one task but before I rent from that landlord she me it seem fun and great will when I choos
