worst office ever , if I could give them a 0 star i won't hesitate at all, not professional, rude to their clients , they don't have a clue of what they are supposed to provide. not reachable. old apartments infested by roaches. on the lease it says heat gas and water are included but guess what the heat in all the time ether too low or completely off in extreme whether conditions , and when you call them they always find some stupid excuses, even accusing you of a liar or they will ask you to go to buy a thermometer and measure the temperature then call them back , what a joke ! hot water is supposed to be free but if you take a shower and the other neighbor uses hot water at the same time , you are going to have a cold shower, one small cumulus for the whole building , unbelievable ! an
