If I could give more stars, I would! From the moment we were referred to Mr Calvin Lawhorn, of Lawhorn and associates, he was responsive and attentive to our needs. We let him know that we were interested in a VA One-time-close construction loan. He was in touch with us daily and guided us through the process. Any time there was a delay, it was because we were having difficulty getting the necessary documents to him. Even then, he was there to help us figure out how to obtain the information. Mr. Lawhorn was very helpful in getting our loan approved. He was in contact with us daily and when we were held up on our end he jumped right in and personally talked to a representative at our credit union explaining what we needed and 5 minutes later it was done.
