Lava Ridge Property Management

I want to say that the staff had treated me with the utmost respect and made applying for one of their homes and extremely easy. Eric was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and making sure that getting him the proper information was easy. I believe the individual's name was Chelsea that met me on site to do a walk-through. And she was outstanding. She was very personable, easy to talk to and express any concerns with. After being approved for the place I chose to decline only for the mere fact that I felt the space was too small for what I needed. But I have to say working with those two individuals was very pleasant and as I continue my search for a place, I hope that one comes available that is more suitable to my sizing needs simply because of the staff.

We had a few unexpected hiccups during our moving process, but Erik Castro and Shalisa handled everything with such professionalism and clear communication that it made all the difference. They kept us updated every step of the way and made sure our new home was in great condition before move in. They’ve been incredibly patient with me and always quick to respond to my MANY questions. Their willingness to help and the way they treat their tenants with respect really stood out to me. Erik sometimes heard from me daily but was consistently so patient and kind. So far, Lava Ridge been a wonderful property management to work with, and I truly appreciate all the effort they’ve put into making this transition as smooth as possible for my family!

I am so thankful for all of Erik and Tara's hard work! Was a very weird situation and they helped us figure everything out in a timely matter and the communication was above and beyond! They have made this transition so much easier than expected!!! They are truly a blessing!! I hope to be with them for many many years!
