**1-Star Review: Severe Maintenance Neglect, Poor Management, and Constant Noise – Strongly Advise Against** We moved into this apartment complex in July 2024, during the peak of summer heat, only to find the pool had already been closed for over two months. This was particularly frustrating given the timing, as residents had no access to this advertised amenity during the hottest period of the year. From day one, basic facilities have been dysfunctional: - We never received key fobs for the gym. Due to widespread complaints, management eventually left the gym door open permanently – a clear security risk. To date, no fobs have been provided. - Our mailbox has never functioned properly. When raised with property management, they claimed it's the post office's responsibility. However, the

Perhaps these “best specials” in town and vibrant community filled with these “amenities” are in the works still? Still waiting on that call back or maybe even a response to my countless emails about why my lease renewal I signed prior to the new management group/staff taking over was suddenly omitted from existence and then I was placed on a month to month term - thus raising the rent on my cozy home $500+ per month, with charges increasing each time. Oh but don’t worry, you’re only paying for “late fees added on to payments that weren’t late or maybe for the “concierge trash service” that comes to collect when they feel like it but piles up the trash at the dumpsters (quite an amenity to see and smell, especially in the summer). I attended the community Soup Social and had a wonderful time socializing with fellow residents while enjoying a variety of refreshments. I also had the chance to meet staff and the new property manager, Kita, who genuinely seems to care about the residents, their concerns, and the upkeep of the property. The recent changes in management have me hopeful that the property will finally receive the improvements and repairs it needs, and I am excited to continue living here. I look forward to seeing what’s ahead for the community and hope to attend more events in the future!

Overall living here at Lauren Ridge for a month I’ve had a positive experience. The management is responsive— they notified us beforehand about maintenance, they answer their phone & respond fast to emails. They are very friendly, professional and seem to truly care. Made our move-in smooth by the apartment being clean, communicating with us effectively. They have lots to offer— such as a pond with a trail, playground, benches, convenient parking, etc. It is a well-kept property. I am not bothered by noise and I feel safe living here. The residents are very friendly too. I recommend living here to anyone looking for a reliable apartment.

Recent changes in management have turned around everything for the better. Whereas in the past inquiries were ignored, half answered, excuses made, now there is quick, complete responses, excellent communications and follow up. Akita and Jessica are attentive and professional in their interactions with residents. I am so happy here now. I always liked my apartment but was deeply disappointed in management. Not anymore. Property Management gets an A+
