Lauren Apartments

We moved in just after the apartment complex changed to Lauren Apartments and got new management. We have had nothing but a good experience here. Everyone from the front office staff to the maintenance guys are very friendly and fast to help. There are only a few leasing agents in the office so it can sometimes be tricky getting a hold of them on the phone or in person if they are out showing units to future residents. However, they are very quick to answer emails and it’s the best way to reach them. Service requests get addressed very quickly although we very rarely needed to make any. Miah in front office has especially made our stay here wonderful! She is the leasing agent who showed us our unit when we were apartment shopping. She is very personable and makes you feel very welcome. The

I would like to start by saying that i have lived in this community since 2019, this gives me the perspective of past and present ownership and management. The previous owners and management made a lot of promises with no follow through. Which leads me to my current review of new owner/management. I can honestly say that lauren luxury apartments have stepped up in making some major improvements to this already great community, from the luxurious pool to the package delivery lockers system and quaint new property signage , map of the community at the front gate is a nice benefit for visitors and delivery drivers. The management cares about the community and it shows. I highly recommend lauren luxury apartments. Wendy

Been a resident since 2021 and this is by far the best ownership we’ve had. The upgrades to amenities is top notch and the addition of the luxer lockers are awesome! Any issues get same day responses if not resolution.

I’ve lived here for over 4 years and I can honestly say I have never been happier since knightvest took over. The management team has cleaned up the property, invested in amenities, and has made it a safe place to live. The assistant manager Mark deserves special recognition as he’s been very quick to answer any questions or concerns with great professionalism and grace. I will gladly recommend anyone to live here so long as knightvest is in charge.

The way Willette Hart the event host has made my experience here at the Lauren memorable, I love the after hours community events, she’s the best I’m glad I was able to meet her .
