Laurelwood Apartments

This is a wonderful apartment complex for low income families. 😃 I helped someone & her son get into this apartment who were previously living long term in a hotel. 💔 The hotel was super expensive and unfordable and not a nice, safe place to stay. 😢 The people who rented this apartment are very grateful to live in such a pretty, quiet neighborhood. There’s not a lot of affordable housing in the Atlanta area so this really is a godsend. 😇 I mean, is it the Hilton? 🤔 No, of course not, 🤣 but it’s much better than a hotel and it is nice on the inside. Has one and two bedroom apartments with, washer and dryer hook ups and full kitchen. But no dishwasher. Thanks to all the workers and staff at LaurelWood who helped to get them this nice apartment and get them out of the bad, expensive extend

I've been living here for 3. Years. Since i've been here i've been safe it's very peaceful and quiet Living here. I love it here.

If you enjoy mice as roommates, black mold, gunshots, aggressive dogs off leash, and office staff that ignores you entirely, this is the perfect place for you.

I tried calling because they delivered their resident's mail to our community, and nobody ever returns the call. Their mailbox is always full.

I'm very pleased with how clean they keep the grounds manager is just so friendly a real sweet lady
