We have been exceptionally happy with our stay here at Century…our apt has a beautiful view of the trail area…the grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is always working to keep things squared away! Whenever there has been an issue that’s needed attention we have never had to wait more than 24 hrs for it to be resolved! The office staff has always been incredibly helpful and a special shout out to Alice, who has been an absolute champ! She truly cares for the residents and the property and has always gone above and beyond! Knowing she’s taking care of things here is one of the main reasons for our continued stay! We love it here!

Since the new management took over, this complex has gone downhill fast. The security gates have been broken for weeks, and the result has been vandalism, car break-ins, and a general feeling that safety here is an afterthought. Trash is constantly left on the ground, and the property looks neglected. On top of that, the new management staff is unresponsive and unfriendly. Any concerns are brushed off or met with irritation, and nothing seems to get resolved. I would not recommend moving into this complex. It’s simply not worth the frustration or the risk.

I’ve been a happy resident at Century Lake Highlands, and I have to say Alice truly goes above and beyond for both the residents and the property. I’ve never had a bad experience with her. The office staff and maintenance team are always helpful and responsive, which makes living here a positive experience. Honestly, I’m caught off guard by some of the negative reviews I’ve seen. From my experience, it seems like those must be retaliation for their own bad behavior, because my time here has been nothing but positive. Of course, property management can only do so much, it’s also up to residents to report suspicious activity or issues. It can be frustrating when some residents don’t pick up after their pets or fail to report them, especially when this leads to damages in breezeways or insi

This is not a good place to live. Since the new management took over, the bills got increased, the hallways are becoming more dirty, the internet service will be forced on you either you like it or not. They keep charging for the internet service by adding the fee to your utility bill. This apartment doesn't worth it, the water and all other bills got increased with almost $200 on each residents. The entrance gate have been left open since the new management took over till date. I can't wait to move out at the end of my lease. Please, dont go for this apartment.

I’ve tried to just move on and out without making a review but now I have to I moved here in September 11th 2021 moved out September 7th 2024. I loved this apartment the first 2 years but year 3 was a complete nightmare from downstairs neighbors being musicians to upstairs neighbors just constantly keeping up noise hence why I moved. Today I get a call from a collection agency of a “move out” balance carpet cleaning and other fees because “they send us a bill and we send it out” ok cool but I also got a charge for trash being left I personally would like proof of a picture but there’s no evidence of that of course not because I completely moved on the 7th and turned my keys in and took photos ! Furthermore my ceiling water damaged twice in the last year do you think the second time before
