I've had a fantastic experience as a resident thanks to Laughton Property Management. They are always professional, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Anytime something needs fixing, they take care of it quickly — recently, the front gate was repaired within just 24 hours, which really impressed me. They're consistently willing to help, whether it's answering questions, resolving maintenance issues, or just being available when needed. It's such a relief to live somewhere where management is attentive and proactive. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to keeping the community running smoothly. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a resident of two Laughton-managed apartments in the same Midtown community for nearly four years. My interactions with staff in all departments and at all levels of the company have always been positive. On the few occasions when I’ve needed them to address an issue, Laughton has always been quick with responses and resolutions. Their properties are well maintained, and they also place a premium on landscaping, which is a really nice touch. Laughton is an easy company to work with, and I’ve loved both of my apartments very much.

I have lived at one of Laughton properties for over 3 years now and they are beyond great! An example of how awesome they are is a light fixture went out in my kitchen; this was not an ordinary light fixture with bulbs to change the fixture was a wired one into the ceiling and literally as soon as I put in the repair request the light was fixed perfectly and professionally. Our property is maintained beautifully, and I would highly recommend if you are looking for a top notch Apartment to rent. Whatever the situation is the staff at Laughton are eager to help. I have been a long-time renter, and I can honestly say Laughton Properties are the best landlords I have ever had. Their customer service is Excellent, and I absolutely love my Apartment and the Staff at Laughton Properties.

I'll give credit that the unit I lived in was beautiful and fairly priced for what it was - the neighborhood was good too. When it came to maintenance requests like a broken toilet or a ceiling leak, they were quick to fix it. However, the move out process was incredibly stressful, unfair, and unnecessary. If you have read the other reviews on here and Yelp - good luck getting your entire security deposit back even if you are an overly clean person. Long story short, they lack communication when it came to the move out process - I had to take full initiative myself to figure out everything and luckily from prior experience as a renter I was able to manage. Note that later they admitted via email they failed to give me my intent to vacate notice when I submitted my original move out date.

I don't know what the other negative reviews are about. People only leave reviews when they aren't happy obviously. I haven't had any service requests to call in yet but every time I stop by the office the staff is friendly and helpful and ask if everything is ok with the unit. When looking for an apartment Paul immediately responded and Stella was available the next day to show. Was the perfect spot for me and got my keys a few days later. Stella was very helpful and made the experience really easy for me as I haven't rented a unit in a long time. Property is clean and well maintained and have several options to request services etc. Also, you can always just walk into the office and voice your concerns before dumping a bad review and I'm sure they will be responsive as they clearly
