Steven Lau was the real estate agent who help me sell my house in Hawaii Kai. Since I live on the mainland, he was the key person in handling transactions on my behalf and guiding me through the process. I met with Steve on August 6, 2021 to sell the house that my parents purchased in 1968. Although the house was in disrepair, he was able to find buyers for me. The property closed on September 22, 2021. Steve also was instrumental in helping me find an intermediary property exchange company.
