Quite possibly the worst property management company there is. We moved into a new construction development, L’Atitude 34 Vines Creek in July 2024. Three months before that we visited the property and were told the amenities that were to be built included a pool, community area with grills, and a fitness center. Come July 1st 2024, imagine our surprise when the community area was still just a pile of dirt. Not a single thing had been done. We were then told it would be done AFTER all the home construction was completed, pushing that out to spring 2025. While this wasn’t ideal, what could we do? It’s now Labor Day Weekend 2025 and while the pool has water in it, it’s not been opened. And the size…. Well, I bet a family of 5 will enjoy it alone. Because it’s about the size of my garage. Oh

I went here for a self guided tour and it tried to have me tour the main office. I was confused so I left. That was my red flag from the jump. Once I received a call from Leah to come back, I talked to her in person who assured me that I have nothing to worry about with my application. She was very sweet with all of my questions. They let me know that doing Uber is just fine and that it could be linked through Verifast easily. They have multiple people who do Uber and Lyft there. Once I did the application, I did the pet screening, paid my rental insurance and all. Turns out, Verifast was having issues with multiple people and my card or accounts couldn't connect. Dori and her team at Latitude 34 Vines creek really came through after we moved in. There was a change over in management at the time of our move in and we are glad they made the change. Dori made sure that we were taken care of throughout our lease. The maintenance team, Elton and Andrew are TOP NOTCH! Whenever we had an issue-(which was rare) they were there within a reasonable amount of time and got the job done quickly. They are very east to get a hold of as well. We have been in renting situations due to my occupation and I must say this has been the best experience by far. I highly recommend Latitude 34 Vines Creek to all who are looking for a peaceful little neighborhood that is close to everything.

While the houses are quite pleasant, management has more than room for improvement. Communication is lacking, and there seems to be little emphasis on resident satisfaction. A pool that was expected to be completed last year has only just begun construction. Additionally, electrical wires are improperly placed on the grounds, and the security system is currently non-functional, forcing residents to implement their own security measures. Looking to moving to a nice place ? Don't look here to save your time and your money

I’ve had my place at L’Attitude34 Vines Creek Since last October and it has been a great place to live. It is so convenient to so many things and they have been so responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend living here.
