Latitude Pointe Apartments

Lived here for three years. Decent neighborhood. Nothing special about it however the quality of tenants has dropped a bit. Some sketchy people but overall I felt safe. Main issue is, this place is charging market value rent for under-market value apartments. Buildings are old, falling apart, and the maintenance team just paints over anything amiss and some of them seem downright incompetent. There is definitely mold in some of these buildings, you can smell the mustiness. Pool is the best part but it gets very overcrowded and loud at times. Very much a party pool so if you are into that could be a plus.

I moved out of this apartment complex on September 30th. As of today, December 31st, I still have not received my security deposit. Over the past several months, I have been given repeated runarounds regarding the status of the deposit. I have been told that the property manager needed to speak with someone else, that the accountant had no update, and that a check was allegedly mailed but could not be confirmed. I was later told the accountant was waiting to hear back from the bank regarding whether that check was cashed. I was also informed that a certified letter was sent to me; however, I never received one. I am registered with USPS Informed Delivery, which documents mail delivered to my address daily, and there is no record of receiving either a security deposit check or a certified

Been here for about 2 months now and honestly can't complain! Alex showed me around and has been very helpful & attentive throughout the whole process! The apartment is extremely nice and clean and maintenance is super fast, really enjoying my experience so far!

I love my new apartment. Both of the rooms are very spacious, both fit king size beds with dressers and the new bathroom renovation is nice. Thank you June and Alex for all your help.
