This is a reply for María Mora: 1-I am a resident of Latitude. 2- I am seating at the bench waiting for my car smoking. 3- You came to seat beside me and you saw that I was smoking. 3- There were 2 more benches and plenty of sofas that you can seat to wait. 4- If you’re pregnant do not seat beside a person who is smoking demanding to that person to move if you arrived after and saw the person(me) was already smoking. 5- You were very rude and discriminatory with me because you said I was Latin. 6- The valet team is very kind and very respectful with everyone.

BE CAREFUL WITH VALET PARKING. They are very shady, especially the blonde older lady, today while I was there waiting for my car I sat in the only bench to wait and noticed she was smoking next to me with her friend, the ashes fell all over me because of the direction of the wind, I asked her to move if she is going to smoke as I’m pregnant and that’s the only bench, I was so sick I wanted to throw up from the smell and she said “I was here first why don’t you move” - this woman manages the valet people and has zero interest in customer service for a pregnant woman…

Most aspects of Latitudes are good, but the valet parking setup the worst. You enter and there sre cars going both ways in a tight cicle. The signage is not Good!! But once you finally go contra clockwise the valets are good. Just enter counter clock wise For your sanity.

I give it one star because it is the minimum. CAREFUL WITH THE VALET PARKING. They left my keys inside the vehicle and got locket out which i understand happens although is has never happen to me. They make it seem like its my fault. Then when ibring my second key the car doesn't turn on. We end up finding out they broke my shifter which was perfectly functioning when i left the car. Something happened and they tried to force it; which ended up in breaking it inside. Also, they charged me and then told me the issue, how covenient. THEY BROKE MY CAR..
