Latitude apartment is a beautiful place to stay. Newly built with class and style. The staff members provided knowledgeable info. I spoke with Vanisia (manager)over the phone and she was very pleasant & detailed about the property, its amenities and even furnished apartments. This will definitely be my next vacation stay!

Very nice apartments. Great amenities and plenty of parking. Very new, still finishing up. Upper parking levels a little tight for a full size truck at the entrance. Staff was great to work with.

Our recent experience with Latitude Apartments was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, both Vanisia and Jim handled our inquiries in a way that felt defensive and dismissive — far from the level of hospitality you’d expect from a community that markets itself as “luxury.” My husband and I were looking for a short-term rental. Instead of support or courtesy during an already stressful time, we were repeatedly interrupted, talked over, and made to feel like an inconvenience for asking basic questions about the application process. We also encountered multiple technical issues with their DoorLoop system (which the vendor later confirmed were property-side errors).
