Living at Latitude 31 Apartments for the past three years was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we moved in, it was clear that this is a community that is well cared for and thoughtfully managed. The management team was always kind, professional, and helpful, making us feel valued and supported as residents. They were approachable, attentive, and consistently willing to go the extra mile whenever we needed assistance. The maintenance team also deserves a great deal of recognition. Requests were handled promptly and efficiently, and the work was always done with care and respect. I lived in these apartments for a year in 2022, and everything was excellent, very good service. A year later I moved out and returned in 2024, and it was nothing like it had been before. They raised the bill with charges that had nothing to do with what was agreed upon in the contract. But what bothers me most is the poor service they currently offer; it's nothing like what we're paying for. An apartment elsewhere receives better service, even if it's cheaper. I've had problems with the washing machines for over four months, and they haven't fixed them. And don't even get me started on the cleanliness of the common areas—it's a complete disaster. Really happy living here. Maribel is honestly one of the best managers I’ve dealt with — always friendly, easy to talk to, and actually cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been quick to respond and super helpful.

I'd like to give thanks to both Jennifer and Maribel for walking me through the lease agreement in great detail. Because of both of these ladies, my transition into Latitude was seamless and headache free. I lived at Latitude for 9 months. After moving in, I filled out an apartment form to note everything wrong with the apartment so I wouldn’t be charged before moving out, like you do anywhere else. I filled out multiple things..eg. stain on the carpet in master, bathtub is stained, pee stains on the bathroom floor. Also, my washer wasn’t working and was very much dented when I moved in. So much for them checking everything upon move-in. I got my washer fixed which took two weeks right when I moved in, but was not provided compensation. The cockroach problem is insane. If you have a fear of cockroaches…RUN and look elsewhere. They were some of the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen.
