My family and I came here looking for a 3 bedroom. They said they didn’t have any available at that current building site but had some on the other side known as “falls of alta vista” without showing my husband the apartment; they made a contract my husband feeling an urge to move accepted. As soon as we moved in we were hit with a musty odor we thought it was a bad cleaning job so we proceeded but as the day passed it was continuous and at night as we slept we could feel high humidity levels. Kids showing signs of mold exposure including myself with headaches. We have contacted the office multiple times to see how this issue will be resolved but so far have not heard anything. All apartments on the “other side” have mold, are empty with broken windows and it seems like they are just givin
