Las Villas De Kino Apartments

The office staff is friendly and helpful. The day we moved the front door was jammed and we couldn’t get in. The lady in the office came down to try it and had maintenance fixed the door within ten minutes. My dog loves walking around the property on our daily walks. The laundry building is always clean and nothing seems to ever be broken. If I had any complaints , it would be that I would have preferred carpet to the tile. I would move here again if we were to do our move over

I enjoyed my recent visit! I appreciated the help while in the office. I have owned my house for many years so apartment living is new to me. All of the ladies in the office were very nice.

My Tia has been renting here for a long time and I really appreciate how helpful the office and maintenance staff have been with her! Property is kept cleanly and there’s so many amenities available for the residents!

Do not rent here you will regret it Warning, office staff are terrible, they have not updated the appliances etc. since they build these apartments in the 90s , there’s always shootings and violence not to mention car being break into or stolen…

The office staff were very helpful during the application process. Unfortunately, my income is too high. I will recommend this property!
