Las Vegas TurnKey Rentals is extremely professional, polite, and prompt in their communications. They understand the urgency involved in working with renter-occupied units and are always diligent when understanding ownership concerns on leased properties. They are highly knowledgeable and fairly priced. We would recommend them to anyone.

Turn key properties used its position to extract exterior wall damage from our deposit which they were not entitled to. There was no practical way for us to fight this because we moved back to California. We didn’t want to fly back for a court appearance.

I had a phone consult with them about a property I was thinking about renting out. I wouldn't use them. They use the security deposit that's supposed to go towards damages for your house to evict someone. They are supposed to eat the legal fees. Also, they use third-party vendors for eviction, repairs, and verification of renters. This is a tactic, so they are not responsible and when needing to get anything done, they will say reach out to them and nothing will be done. This is classic shift blame and no one takes responsibility. Sounds like a scam. it would be less risky and more profitable to rent this out on my own. I use a property mgmt for my other house, but that's long term.

Terrible experience renting with this company. The home my family and I rented for TWO months in Vegas had an ac problem the entire time. All of the bedrooms were extremely HOT day and night. Then, when we checked out, we were charged a thousand extra dollars of free money for them because they claim that my 3 POUND yorkie apparently made a mess of couches, beds, table chairs, and other chairs that she was NEVER ON. I do not let her up on furniture as she is ONLY 3 POUNDS AND COULD FALL OFF AND GET HURT. Beyond that, she is so tiny that she is unable to jump up on furniture anyway. They just wanted to either keep some free money or have their chairs that she, nor anyone else sat on steam cleaned on my dollar. We will NEVER use this company to rent again and we rent in Vegas twice a year.

Can’t say enough good things about Las Vegas TurnKey and Lou. Lou has been very helpful from start to finish. Took the time to show my wife and me several properties until he found the perfect property to meet our needs. When the pandemic hit and affected our financial situation he went out of his way to help us be able to get a place within our new budget as well. Absolutely great at handling any issues that we had in a very timely manner. Whether you need a furnished residence around Las Vegas for a couple of months or a year I’d recommend starting and ending your search with Las Vegas Turnkey and Lou!!
