I rate them 5 .because everybody are nice and helpful..this is Josephine..I keep.on praying .they should keep it that way.

Went in to renew. Girl at the counter was RUDE..treated you like you were stupid for needing money. She wasn't helpfull in getting my paperwork forwarded to their side. People don't know why someone is here. In this industry people need to not view everyone as desperate. Never had such a bad experience here as I did today.

I submitted an online application, they asked for social security over phone instead of online ( I get site isn’t secured ). They call me back and I wanted to complete the application with her but she had this very snide attitude when I asked for some confirmation she is with said company. She answered her name and said company again social security over the phone is sensitive information so all I was asking is to clarification before I gave it. I was going to look at confirmation email which was blank so I figured I’d look online and look at the number she called from is number from the company. ( so many scams now a days ) I just wanted to be safe. She had more snide remarks saying she’s been doing this 20 years and if I don’t want to. I said that’s not the case but as you know doing

I DID NOT GET APPROVED BUT I didn’t get approved but they are still really nice and explained why I didn’t get approved. Which is something I can fix in a couple of months and will try again. Easy process, fast and nice employees.

Sheri was amazing from start to finish I feel as if she took the extra mile for me. Very understanding over all it was a good experience I would definitely recommend to others.
