I’ve lived here for a while, and the difference since the new management took over is truly noticeable. Jacqueline is doing an amazing job leading this community. Her approach to customer service is unlike anything I’ve experienced before — you’re treated like family, not just another tenant. Any small issues or concerns are handled quickly and professionally, and I regularly see thoughtful improvements being made around the property that genuinely enhance daily living. The two assistants at the front lobby, Arlene and Anahi, are exceptional. They’re friendly, proactive, and consistently go out of their way to make sure residents feel supported. I lived here for a few years and overall, it is a pretty quiet community. For the most part, I didn’t have issues with noise. However, there were several administrative concerns that future residents should be aware of. First, keep documentation of everything especially payments!!! I was accused on three separate occasions of not paying my pet deposit. Thankfully, I kept my money order receipts. Even after providing proof, the office staff made it seem like they were doing me a favor by not charging me again, rather than acknowledging their own error. Always keep copies of receipts and payment confirmations. You are also charged a monthly pest control fee, but pest control does not come monthly. Normally wouldn't do this but its to the point I feel it should be a warning. When we first moved in we never had problems, things were prompt and respectful so we renewed. Towards the latter half of us living here things went downhill fast. The staff was rude and condescending, they misplaced my rent check so instead of doing their due diligence they sent out a eviction notice only for them to have possession of my rent check. There is a huge lack of communication with staff which honestly shows why they rotate management all the time all while the office staff is busy making tik toks. They seem to be worried more so about filling units with just anyone as there has a huge increase of police activity, Marijuana use and honestly lack of any parking enforcement. I had an excellent experience touring this apartment community! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere. The service during the tour was exceptional, and I especially want to highlight Jackie, the property manager. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Jackie made the entire process smooth and enjoyable-she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to provide all the information I needed. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. Outstanding service and a great first impression!!

I’ve lived here since the beginning of the summer, and my experience here has been nothing short of great. The property is well kept and peaceful, I have had no issues whatsoever. The property manager, Jacqueline, was extremely professional and welcoming when I first moved in, and has been helpful through my short time here. Jaqueline and staff are doing a great job at managing and maintaining the complex. Any questions that I’ve had, they’ve always been very helpful and willing to address my concerns, if any. I am grateful for the opportunity to live in this complex. No place else I’d rather be!
