Las Rocas Apartments

These apts are actually pretty good! I’ve been living here for over 10 yrs and if that doesn’t say anything for itself then idk. Maintenance and the ladies in the office specifically Sandra are really nice and helpful. Truly appreciate them. I wish I could give it 5 stars but they definitely need to step it up when it comes to remodeling certain apt units. You don’t charge today’s high rent and give the same quality from years ago. That needs to change. Overall tho it’s a good 3.8-4 ⭐️.

Lived here for 3 years and we decided to move out because we needed more space and we couldn’t deal with the roaches! These apartments are heavily infested it’s bad! During the first year of being here a company bought these apartments (which we didn’t know at the time) and started charging us a bunch of utilities when our initial lease stated we were to only be paying water and rent so we were paying $955 monthly, then the new company started charging us 1.2k, which shouldn’t have been done in the first place because our first lease stated no changes could be made until after lease was over, we didn’t know for 3 years that we owed utilities from the first few months the apartment were bought out by new company until the very last 3 days before move out, when I went to the office to see wh
