Las Palmas Apartments

Las Palmas is a great place to live. What an amazing location close to the AT&T Stadium. Living here, you get free parking to all the events there since it's such a short walk. Great location and easy to get to main highways. Great management team in place.

I’m a past resident. But here’s my experience at these apartments. Apartment went under new management. My car was registered on the apartment app the old management helped me with when I first moved in. Then new management came. New management didn’t send out a notice to register your car on a new website. Got towed because of it. They said they couldn’t do anything about it so I had to pay 450 out of my pocket and get it from the tow yard. (That wasn’t even the worst part) THEN the AC stopped working for 4 1/2 months. Apartment was 85°-90° the whole time. They did provide me a portable ac unit but honestly it didn’t help much at all in the summer heat. Bugged them to fix the AC ever since it stopped working, said they didn’t have the part for the AC and said they ordered it. When I ask

Luz Valencia, was the most amazing Lady in my life! She really worked magic to get me into my Apartment! And believe you me, she’s deserves a raise! She had more patience helping me with my computer skills! I can thank her enough! Thank You Luz. !!!!

This is the worst place to reside. They told my son to put a deposit for residency. The day of move in they stated that the apartment wasn't ready. We were ok with that, they told him a couple of days. When he went back they stated that his credit did not qualify. He stayed with a friend at the same complex for a year. He went to a better apartment complex, they stated his credit was a 715 which we already knew. Work history and salary well qualified. It's been 5 months and they want give him his deposit back. I asked for corporate address and they state they don't have it. They told him 45 days to get his deposit back. Next step will be to get an attorney to proceed with this matter.

I’ve noticed that when issues arise, they are not resolved promptly. Improving the turnaround time would help the team significantly.
