Las Norias Apartments

I lived at Las Norias very briefly when I first moved to El Paso. Initially, everything seemed fine. Rocio (the manager) and Lorenzo (the maintenance employee) were both warm and welcoming. However, I believe I got very unlucky 😕 with one of my neighbors who lived in the unit right behind me. He kept bumping up his music 🎶 (which completely made my walls vibrate, especially the walls in the kitchen), and forced me to listen to it, especially into the evening when the leasing office had already closed. At first, I tried to let it ride. But because I didn’t get any peace and quiet when I was at my apartment in the evenings, I finally had to bring it to Rocio’s attention. She tried to talk to him to respect his neighbors around him. But he still didn’t listen. So I had to file a complaint a

My wife and I lived at Las Norias for about a year and we really enjoyed it. You have parks, restaurants, fitness centers and places to go grocery shopping near by. For the most part the apartments are quiet. Never had any issues with neighbors or porch pirates. If you’re on the second floor you’ll have high ceilings, which is always nice. They are bit out dated on the inside. We had some mishaps with the heater during winter. Heater was not heating for about 2 weeks. But nonetheless ac worked fine year round. Maintenance (Lorenzo) was always very helpful and management was okay. At times management could be hard to find. Most of the time when I went to the office it was closed, or someone else was there on behalf of the actual manager. But I do recommend Las Norias to anyone looking for

Lived here for about two and a half years total and enjoyed it the entire time. The location is good and the apartments are fairly nice. The main reason I'd recommend to people to consider this place to live is the management and maintenance staff. Management always did what they could to accommodate their tenants an were always helpful when there were possible issues. Lorenzo takes care of any maintenance issues for the apartments and he is absolutely amazing. Issue are always resolved in an expedient manner and he is extremely kind whenever he is around. Amazing place all around and I would live here again.

Beautiful, quiet, clean - don't hesitate to live there. I lived at Las Norias for two and a half years and I miss it. The apartments are very spacious and well built. The complex itself is very beautiful and well maintained, and many of the neighbors are professionals and retired people, so everyone is interested in having a nice place to live - it's a scandal if one person doesn't pick up after their dog. Maintenance needs are quickly resolved, the air conditioning works very well, and the office staff are very professional and friendly. If I ever have the chance to move back I will.

This is a great community! We moved here from Dallas last year and the process was easy and smooth. Angel made it so easy to move in and was very attentive with everything. Once moved in, the community itself was a great place to live. Clean and Lorenzo the maintenance specialist was great and any issues that we had, which weren’t many were taken care off immediately. Move out was also painless. If we ever comeback to El Paso, we will definitely look to live here again.
