Las Mansiones Apartments

I love it here!. My apartment is very big and spacious, Dark cabinets, warm tone walls. It gives very modern, cozy, rustic aesthetic. I love that it’s pet friendly! It’s been a while, but I love using the Jacuzzi.

Update: On my 3rd year now and haven’t really had any major issues. Speaking about my unit, nothing has been wrong. Everything works perfectly and i love it here. Maintenance and staff are always super nice to me. Love all of them especially Nancy! The pool can get a little noisy on the weekends but not complaining always looks fun lol. (Younger couple here) my only let down is that the hot tub hasnt been working for a while now (which is why i decided to put 4 ⭐️ this time). Would really like to relax and enjoy it on these summer nights. Besides that no complaints. Id say its worth the price.

I really wanted to live here. I even paid and submitted my application back in April for a one-bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, I had a personal mishap and decided to hold off on moving in until a later date. I continued to call to get information hoping to get another 1bedroom apartment with a garage. From the start, I felt like I had to dig for every bit of information regarding availability. I called almost every day because no one ever followed up, even when they said they would. My texts often went unanswered, and I even had to go into the office in person just to get updates. When I finally got information about a two-bedroom unit, I agreed to take it and paid an additional $100 deposit ($300 total) to hold it. I was told I’d be contacted in early or mid-October. That never happen

Las Mansiones is honestly such a wonderful place to live at. It’s so peaceful and quiet, As well as well maintained. Management and staff is very professional and will get to fixing any incidents Immediately and will always welcome you with a warm smile when going into their office. If I could rate any higher, I would!!🤍

Current and active tenant. If you’re looking for a sign to not rent from here this is it. This apartment complex is beautiful and luxurious on the outside but rotting on the inside. 1: maintenance is AWFUL. They’re rude and speak to you in such a condescending way. If you have an immediate issue, it’s not anymore, because maintenance just simply doesn’t care. It’s shown time and time again through many maintenance requests of mine. 2: access to the property is a free for all. Not safe or secure. They make it seem like it’s exclusive but management doesn’t enforce anything. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a place to rent look elsewhere and don’t make the same mistake I did. I can’t wait to leave this place.
