Las Aguas Apartments

Las Augas is a great complex! The staff are welcoming, residents are friendly, and apartments have unique layouts from everywhere else I’ve seen. Carlos and Jesus are helpful and timely with maintenance requests. Jesse is an absolute rockstar! And Madison does a great job managing the property. I really enjoy the events they host every month, gives you a chance to get to know the community more.

Great response to all the work orders I’ve placed. Replaced my Gb with no issues and even organized the bottom of the sink las aguas maintenance team and staff alway go above am beyond to our needs. Thanks Carlos for fixing the issue in my Home.

We scheduled a tour, showed up and should’ve walked out. Parking was unavailable for ‘future residents’. One lady we talked to, who we didn’t get a name of because she didn’t introduce herself, was offputting. She had a laptop in front of her with a juul charger plugged in. She was going through numbers and details on how things worked. She held onto the papers, so I couldn’t take notes as she talked. However, We were more pleasantly surprised with Jaye, who actually gave us the tour. Jaye was knowledgeable and talkative with us. While we had our tour they had a gardening team there, leaf blowing. We couldn’t hear when we were outside. All the shelving in the pantry and closet areas were wired. Overall, Just not the fit for us.

Update Jan 2022. If you value privacy at all please look elsewhere. The unit doors don't have an inside only deadbolt and some people were 'accidentally' let into my unit at 3am one night thinking the unit was theirs. No ID check or anything from maintenance/security or whoever let them in. Huge invasion of my privacy and I only hope nobody else has to experience this. --- Rent for a 1BR went from $1174 to $1599 year over year. Too much an increase to justify staying a tenant. Okay building but noise can definitely be an issue. One neighbor I never hear and the other I hear everything they do. Las Aguas apartments is a great place to live. All apartments have their own set of problems, but it’s how the problems are handled that really matters. Las Aguas staff does a great job handling problems effectively. Jesse, Madison and Carlos are vital to their ability to do this. Very appreciative of the work they do.
