I love living at The Larstrand. The apartments are modern and clean with great amenities. What sets the building apart is the staff - everyone is professional, kind and they make this building a wonderful and safe place to live.
I am going into my 5th year at the Larstrand and look forward to signing a new 2 year lease. I am very pleased with the building, staff, and location. I particularly commend the staff. I highly recommend this property.
Great staff, location and amenities but overpriced. Also beware the Penthouse floor. We have been here for 4 years. First couple of years there was noise from construction next door but this hid the fact that because the generators are above our building that it is noisy even though construction has stopped.
Not a fan of the surface level perspective. I am lookong for an apartment, with more space, and open to renovation.
