From the very beginning he went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, and we felt like he truly cared about us and about doing things right. Maintenance requests were addressed very quickly, and he was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. Easily the best landlord we’ve ever had, and anyone would be lucky to work with him either as an owner or renter!
