Old building with a lot of issues - moved into office with a 5 year lease, in Year 1 the HVAC died and we had to pay 100% to replace it even though the replacement will last 15 - 20 years. To get furniture into your space you need to use their 'freight elevators' which literally are accessed within other tenants' space, thereby requiring you to get permission from those other tenants and work around their schedules so you can move in & move out. They make up rules that are not in the lease and tell you that they can do what they want. We needed an office of a certain size; they offered us a match and represented it to be the size we asked for; we were locked & loaded and then just before we moved in they said the office is actually 50% larger than what we needed and we need to pay the s

Very nice and clean business area. Everything was well maintained and it was a very relaxed environment. Big plus that the parking is directly across the street. Free parking for the first 30 minutes when I went!

Great building beautiful on the inside. It's an old factory they turned into commercial and office space. they have a daycare in the building.

Chef Darian was perfect. The food The service The l space he has created. Would recommend to anyone.
