Lark on 14th

The lark is a great place to live. The rooms are very nice and the whole place is cleaned up and always put together. The biggest thing for me was safety and the lark is very safe and you need many keys to get in so you always know who is in the building. 10/10 recommend.

Really great experience living here for two years. Staff is always so helpful and quick with responses and helping. The gym and longer are really nice to have and always clean. The actual apartment was great to live in and had everything I needed.

i love living at the lark. it’s the perfect location on marquettes campus, and i love how safe i feel here on campus at the lark. the leasing office staff are super kind and welcoming. i highly recommend lark on 14th for a safe, friendly, and fun home!

Love living here! The location is so convenient being a Marquette student, staff is incredibly nice, and apartments feel safe and high quality. From the moment I toured last year, I immediately felt at home. My parents are very grateful with how safe the Lark is and how nice the rooms are. Extra amenities like a gym and study rooms are a bonus!

I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. The only reason I moved out was to pursue a PHD in Cleveland. Great staff, great amenities and very safe. The kitchen was spacious with up to date appliances. In the beginning of quarantine, it was great to be in a clean space and have a management staff that was helpful during these hectic times.
