As usual great service by the great managers Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Nicole. They both doing great and outstanding work! Without hesitation, I recommend Larchmont residence a 5-stars.

The community is exceptionally pleasant, offering a tranquil and peaceful ambiance. Residents find the neighborhood warm and inviting, while the management team is prompt and courteous, dedicated to maintaining the complex at its best to provide a cozy living experience.

Great place to live— quiet family neighborhood within walking distance of ODU’s campus. Lots of green space at this property, which adds to the relaxing feel of this apartment complex. The Staff is responsive and addresses maintenance issues promptly when needed. The Office Staff is a pleasure to work with.

Larchmont has been great the whole staff has been welcoming and helpful. Evelyn and Nicole are amazing. The property is close to ODU and local shops. The apartment is spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend living here.

The larchmont apartments are really good places to live in. I like the excellent manager Evelyn she’s a really nice lady and she runs everything very well. Everything is on the right way. They respond very quickly to the problem what is happening. They keep the surrounding very green and clean and quiet and comfortable.!
