I would strongly NOT recommend living here. From the very beginning, the experience has been unacceptable. We were only informed TWO DAYS before move-in that the unit had a flea infestation, leaving us with no real option but to move in anyway — with my dog — without any confirmation that the issue had actually been resolved. It wasn’t. I had to spend my own money on flea treatments and handle the situation myself because management did nothing to properly fix it. Since moving in, it has become very clear that this complex does not care about tenant wellbeing. Amenities were shut down for MONTHS while they continued to charge full amenity fees with zero transparency or adjustments. On top of that, we pointed out mold at move-in and were told it was “fine” after they simply painted over it

This complex has deteriorated very badly. Avoid this place, your health may deteriorate here. Mold on the windows and in the bathroom, which caused us to cough, but the staff assured us that it was not mold and did not fight the mold in any way. The pool is very dirty, which was never cleaned, which is why it was unpleasant to swim in it. When checking in, we were assured that the carpet was dry cleaned, but when we moved in, the carpet stank of dog urine and this smell accompanied us for 3-4 months. There is no cleanliness at all, the cleaning of the corridor is done very rarely, all the carpets are dirty with stains and huge piles of garbage that lie for 3-4 days and create an unpleasant smell and no one cleans them. Garbage not only lies in the corridor, but also a bag of garbage hangs

I have lived here for two years and had consistently great interactions with both the office and grounds staff (Crystal, but others too). I have a walking disability and everyone has been overwhelming supportive and kind. Any maintenance issues that came up were resolved quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate living here. Highly recommend.

I moved in August 2024 and my lease ended October 2025. Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve lived in, this one has to be the worst. They are extremely money-hungry and lack basic accountability. Things to Know Before You Move In: Excessive & Hidden Fees: You’ll be charged for absolutely everything. Even basic community costs like trash are billed per tenant — roughly $27.99 x 400 tenants every month. You can do the math on how unreasonable that is and how much they’re making off it. And that’s not the $25 trash fee, that’s a random monthly surcharge that varies $17-$35 monthly. Need a light bulb or water filter replaced? That’s on you too. Unfair Move-Out Charges: I had minor paint wear and just a couple of nail holes, yet I was charged $260 for a full repaint — supposedly covering

The apartment complex does not properly prepare for snowstorms which, in turn, is a major hazard for every resident and their potential pets. Last week, there was an ice storm, to which residents were told how to care for their faucets and heating units. There was absolutely no preparation for that storm, other than a small sprinkle of salt, and now, a week later, with almost 10 inches of snow, we are in the same spot, but worse. Due to the wind, every stairway on the right side of building 7 has at least an inch thick of pure ice. The complex did not even attempt to salt the stairways or hallways, as can be seen in the attached photos. I have lived here since May 2025, and enjoy the community for the most part, but this is a slap in the face to all who live here and call this place hom
