Lantower Legacy Lakes

These apartments are absolutely beautiful, inside and out! The appliances look very warm and homey and the space is wonderful. Peaceful and quiet with beautiful amenities. Zhanna is so patient, thorough and beyond welcoming and my overall experience couldn’t have been better! 10 out of 10 and highly recommend!

Edit: The carpet fee was removed, which was great. I added a couple more stars because the stay itself was actually enjoyable, and the staff was always friendly. I just wasn’t expecting the move-out process to be such a hassle financially. I’m still unclear on the deposit policy—it feels more like a down payment toward move-out fees rather than a refundable deposit. We did not receive our deposit back and instead ended up owing $111. We've rented before, and that has never happened. I also know of another couple who moved out after a three-month stay and only received $100 back. I visited Lantower at legacy lakes 2 weeks ago because I was having a difficult time trying to find an apt. The Manager Ashley L. Is an amazing person she went above and beyond to find a solution for my leasing options. She is what many companies should strive to have as employees. Ashley returned all of my emails, calls and whatever means of communication was needed. I did get approved for the apartment but I was unable to take it due to my circumstance. I wanted to express my sincere gratefulness to Ashley for still caring about people and never judging no matter the issue. Thanks again and I will definitely seek this complex in the near future. It’s been more than 3 years I have chose to lease an apartment at Lantower Legacy Lakes!! It’s a pleasant place to live and the management is always supportive. I really appreciate the recent assistance from Zhanna Soli and Ashley Lobeiras making our lease transfer experience very seamless.

Today I visited Lantower Legacy Lakes and was warmly welcomed by Zhanna. She was super friendly, professional, and very attentive to all of my questions. The property is beautifully maintained and perfectly located. I highly recommend this community and its amazing staff — Zhanna truly made my day!
