Lantower Garrison Park

I had a great experience with the community at Lantower Garrison Park. My company recently provided a live cooking demo for residents. From start to finish Ebony and team were awesome to work with. Residents were friendly and warm. The facilities made offering this class a breeze. Glad I had the pleasure to partner with them on this event. Look forward to a future opportunity.

Over the past year this apartment complex has shown nothing but greed. They over charge you for everything even visitor parking. They don’t have assigned parking for actual tenants causing problems trying to find spaces near your home. There is a distinct lack of empathy and willingness to work with residents regarding anything even if they mess up on their end. My washer was broke for months and maintenance and communication on fixing it was non existent then my dish washer broke and leaking water I asked someone to fix it and they are saying it’s fixed but it’s still leaking water everytime I start it. I wanted to live here for years but after this 18 month lease I cannot wait to get out of it. Never met a company more greedier than them.

I had a great experience touring this community. The leasing staff property manager Anthony Thaxton was professional, friendly, and very informative, answering all of my questions thoroughly. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and matched the online description. I also appreciated the amenities and the overall feel of the property.
