Lansing Tower Apartments

My son and I moved into Lansing Tower Apartments just as the new management company was taking over. The improvements they have been making in the entire building have been outstanding, and honestly, quite quick. They are very focused on maintaining and creating a friendly community atmosphere for all of the tenants. The building itself has the perfect amount of vintage touches, while being updated and modern. The units are flooded with natural light and very spacious. It's been a perfect place to call home!

Lansing Tower Apartments has been incredible. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the location is perfect—close to everything but still feels peaceful. The amenities are great, and any issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. I especially want to highlight Sam, who has been nothing short of amazing. Sam is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or just being welcoming and personable, Sam consistently goes above and beyond. It makes a huge difference having someone like that on-site. Highly recommend living here! It’s a beautiful view of the city.

These guys ripped me off for $60 application fee 😂 they were friendly, had me tour, and then completely ghosted me. Wouldn’t acknowledge my application at all. Dodged a bullet I guess, but save your time and money and don’t try it. Would’ve moved in if it had gone well, units were nice, but I’m sure they would’ve gotten over on me plenty more.

Since this new management company come in after Princeton management, I’ve seen alot of positive change to Lansing towers and it’s very exciting to me with the new cameras around property, the new pool tech they have been repairing with concrete, they have put new flooring down in the gym that’s alot more slip resistant. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for us. The ladies in the office are always interacting with everyone when we come in to pay rent or address concerns, it’s not like talking to a wall when we come into the office. As far as maintenance goes, those two guys seem to be running around all over, they are busy working but are very polite in passing on the hallways or elevators. Great Job Team. Keep making Lansing Tower home for every person that lives here

Sam was incredibly nice and patient! She let me tour the place twice now, and I'm incredibly impressed! I know I would love to live here!
