Lanier Townhomes is very affordable, the best value in all of Buford, and has management that really cares. There are always on a couple homes ever available and every resident is checked out, but if your a good person looking for a good home...this is the place for you! :)

Lanier Townhomes has new management which are great. The Manegar at property very friendly she gets things done, not like the old manegar. I have to say Im Very Happy with change.

If you want a stress free life (which I'm sure we all do) I would recommend an apartment complex whose management has all of their ducks in a row. I have lived here for almost 2 months, and if it's not one thing it's another thing. To start, the AC did not work properly. Considering it is July, and when I moved (the beginning of June) it is very hot. The upstairs easily felt like it was 88 degrees, which is 10 degrees higher from what the thermostat downstairs read, which would climb to about 76-78 degrees and would sometimes reach up to 82. I called the landlord multiple times for someone to come out and fix the AC, and it took days for someone to come out here. When the AC company arrived, come to find out, the AC ventilation system had not been cleaned IN YEARS and the filter was filth

Be very careful with these folks. I dont think they have all of their ducks in a row... or they are severely disorganized. One year ago I inquired about a lease. I submitted an application and was approved, however I did not sign any paperwork or get utilities from the city of buford which apparently has to be done before you can sign your lease and move in. Their whole process, and the fact that the city of buford requires a $500 utility deposit regardless of credit is what turned me off of the property and ultimately the city of Buford all together. SO... One year later, they call me to ask if I was renewing my lease. When I said i didnt live there, the lady seemed completely befuddled as if she were looking at actual paperwork for a lease in my name. She apologized and hung up with
