I first met Doug 8 years ago when my company relocated me feom WA State to NWA. Initially, I rented a house from Doug for a couple of years and the experience of working with him was awesome! Doug is a great Property Manager, very responsive and always available. The experience with hom was so positive that when I was ready to buy a house, I asked him to act as my Buyer Agent. Again, I couldn’t be more pleased with his responsive, expertise and negotiation skills. Doug went above and beyond to find us the best house within our budget, in a great neighborhood and within a growth investment in mind. I rented from this landlord a year or so ago and had a good experience throughout my lease. Doug was very nice and professional, he was easy to get along with and communicate to, and quick to reply when sending messages about maintenance requests or questions - which always got taken care of. He also reached out to update on if there were going to be maintenance or any workers coming to the house prior to them showing up, something I always appreciate! The property itself was a bit older, but all the inside appliances and/or fixtures were in new or decent condition and everything worked as it should, with no major issues during my tenancy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been renting from Mr. Doug for almost 4 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single issue. He is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever dealt with. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, he’s been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Just today, I needed something fixed for the first time at the beauty bar and he showed up right on time and took care of it without hesitation. That’s the kind of landlord everyone hopes to have! I truly don’t understand the negative reviews, because my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Mr. Dough is a fantastic landlord and property owner, and I’m grateful to have rented from him all this time.

I'm sure why how Chels could have a negative experience with Langham Reality, my family has had a great experience. As veteran and someone who has had to move around for work, I have owned homes and currently lease with Mr. Langham. He is nothing but professional and great to work with. I have leased with him going on 3 years now, and the only time we have an interaction is if he reaches out to check on us (family of 4) and ensure everything with the property is going well, or if there is a maintenance issue he needs to be aware of. For example, our garage door was having issues within the last day and once he was made aware, he had professionals there within a few hours to fix it. I am confused and question the validity of Chels review regarding a negative experience with Langham Realty. I have been a renter of Mr. Langham for 20 years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences regarding him as a landlord. Mr. Langham has always been responsive to every request in a quick and efficient manner. He has provided nothing but prompt replies and solutions to maintenance and repair issues throughout the duration of my lease. He has worked with me regarding my own personal time restraints, and has never showed up unannounced. Mr. Langham has always been professional and courteous, and has gone above and beyond any previous landlord/tenant relations I have had in the past.
