Management needs to be harder on residents about cleaning up the garbage around they're homes.....it's embarrassing the amount of garbage laying around... Maintenance is fabulous anything that needs to be fixed is addressed fairly quickly and the maintenance workers are Sooo nice.... The office staff are pretty nic also. The apts are located in a bad area of Bflo but the apartments themselves are nice

They have to come up with a better trash solution.because when trash day come it all over must be more harder on the tents about picking they trash up in front of there building

I was doordashing, a bit sketchy/ danger concerns (lights out ect..)

Great apartments but ignored alot

Very inexpensive housing for many...
