I would never recommend working with this company. Their conduct throughout our experience was completely unethical. They were not transparent about important details and seemed only interested in pushing a deal through. They acted as our sellers' agent and failed to ensure that all parts of the purchase agreement was completed before closing. When held accountable after it was discovered by us, they did not provide us with requested documents and refused to take any responsibility. They clearly were in the wrong but simply just told us to get a lawyer. Communication was misleading and at times felt deliberately dishonest.
