Landtitle Co of Grant County

Terrible company, very crooked. They dont follow the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA). We had to get a court order that said exactly what the PSA said. It had *expired* and they refused that plain language. This was not complicated. They may be the only title company in Grant County, but you do not have to use them. Save yourself and go to Baker or elsewhere!

We have had nothing short of an awful experience with Landtitle Co of Grant County. Very unfriendly staff that that was not willing to explain the simplest of questions. Rude demeanor over the phone and went as far as intentionally hanging up on my wife. They lack basic people skills and the proper IT and tech software to compete with other companies. Its like working with a bunch of curmudgeons! Cant wait to switch over to Fidelity National!!! So much friendlier and knowledgeable!!

This is by far the worst title and escrow company ever! I have worked with them all. Go to Amerititle in Baker City and save yourself the headache. Gini Gerstner and Sandie Gilson are absolutely incompetent and are not helpful. Unfortunately you have to use them for title, but escrow you don't have to. If I could give them a zero I would. This is all especailly true for new construction homes of any kind. Please please please save yourself the trouble.

Very professional, super nice, helpful & friendly. Received papers from another Title Company and had us come in and sign within 10 minutes. The best Title Company we have dealt with in Oregon...

Very efficient and easy to work with, plus they have a dog in the office which always makes things better!
