Very quiet , grate view , VERY CLEAN apartment Yes the laundromat went up $0.50 with as much as they get used everyday I'm sure that does not even cover the cost of their regular maintenance. So now to wash a load of clothes is a $1.75 & $1.50 to dry. It is double / triple elsewhere Close to what ever you want movies,fine dinning,HEB Grocery store , Banks , Wal-Mart many churches , CVC , Walgreens , Subway , grate fishing off your private beach , able to sit on your balcony in the evenings and watch the lights of Corpus Christi light up the night

Lived here for a year, only reason I didn’t renew is because I had a baby and needed to move to a house to better accommodate my needs. My experience was great here. Never had any issues at all, and Roy and Barbara were always so sweet and helpful. If I HAD to complain, I wish there were washer/dryer hookups inside of apartment. However, the laundry facility on site was still great and always clean. Lands end was the best rental experience I’ve had.

Brittany in the office was super helpful. I work during their office hours and she communicated everything clearly and was very responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend
