I was a resident here for nearly 4 years. These apartments are built with cheap materials from my experience, and coated with the cheapest paint possible, you can rub it off the walls by accident just trying to clean them. It is a good area to be in, and there is a low crime rate as well. I always wished they would've done a better job with the dog park given the amount of dog owners here, a good portion of it is just dirt. They have a towing service, even though you reside here, the management team will not help you out if your vehicle is impounded. Mine was. The matinence guy does the best he can, but he has to work with what's given to him, which are scraps from other appartments and spare appliances. This Apartment complex is more than just home. Kayla is the #1 go to girl. Communication goes a long way in this apartment and the office team will help you. Abby is amazing and Katie is also nice. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. The apartment complex is kept up and very clean. The office does not play about the community you will get a violation. Pool is very clean and great place to meet neighbors in the summer. GREAT people. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Rarely had to call them . Never had a pest issue the office does inspections. This place is amazing. LEASE HERE.

I will be a future resident here. First impression means a lot!! If you get along with the staff and they go out their way move there!! The location and the apartments are beautiful!! I always check the reviews you can’t control noise in these new apartments!! It’s how they built them. I’ve been in several apartments and this one is one of the few I like !! This staff is Awesome!! They are patient and friendly. I look forward to living here !!

Coming May, this will be my second year living here and my last for sure! Cheap cheap cheap!!! Apartments, complex in general and office are beautiful. Very spacious units. Money you spend a month for rent, versus the quality you get in return is not worth it all! Old management team were fantastic. In regards to the new management, I cannot say anything negative because they haven’t treated me bad at all. Noise control is the worst part on this complex. You hear your neighbors talking, arguing, their dogs walking or barking. Builder did such a poor job that is disgusting. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex this noisy. Two of my wall outlets in my bedroom are completely sealed and useless because whatever my next neighbor do, the smell in their living room or kitchen comes to my room

First off, go see Kayla and Kayla ONLY. She is the apartment manager who truly is there to help you. I think if you keep open lines of communication she pretty much understands and will go out of her way to assist you. The apartment was decent. It was pretty large for a two bedroom. I felt like the rent was a bit high, but honestly it’s probably cheaper compared to other apartments in the area. Pros: Nice apartment Decent neighbors (at least in the building I was in) Small community, so not as much traffic in and out compared to other complexes Cons: People don’t clean up after their pets, so lots of poop Sometimes kids would ran around and knock and run away, so that was pretty annoying Packages are sometimes unsafe in the mail room (ordered a chair and it was gone) All in all Kayla
