You should ignore any older reviews. The facility has seriously deteriorated. Sagora claims to be a resident first organization. That could not be further from the truth. They are a profit first organization. They care nothing about the residents as long as they get their rent. Your rent will increase 8% every year. The food quality is equivalent to prision food. It is terrible. All of the food is low quality and as inexpensive as possible. The menus are not nutritious. Breakfast is cold. What little beef is served is inedible tough garbage. The same chicken with a different sauce slopped over is common. It is a shame because Chef Robert has the ability to put super high quality food on the plate. Sagora has cut his budget and what he can order. They have effectively ruined

My mother just moved in and we had exceptionally good assistance throughout the whole process. Jacob Cantu went above and beyond to make sure the move in process went smoothly and the quality of service is quite impressive.

Several years ago, Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch Independent Living was a nice facility. That is no longer the case. The management company, Sagora Senior Living, is interested in nothing more than profit. The residents of the facility are not the concern of the management company. Their entire focus is on profit. There has been a significant and noticeable change with the management attitude at Landon Ridge. It is all about profit. Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch needs to be cleaned. The building is filthy. The walls are damaged and banged up and need to be painted. Their exterior parts of building that are falling apart. The roof leaks all the time. The bistro stinks of rotten trash. The carpet is disgusting in the hallways. Many of the external entrances are just absolutely disgustingly filthy

First of all these positive reviews are fake someone posted he’s been living here for years this place hasn’t been here years this place opens late 23 I moved in late Feb and this place was still empty!! I’ve been living here for 7 months now and not once have they cleaned the hallways this place is dirty and I’ve also complained about all the bugs that get in my place they hired a company that I’m assuming is using water bcuz the very next day I still have ants, spiders and other bugs getting in not to mention the gnats they never did anything about!!! The office executives are always to busy for the residents can never call back. There is always dog feces all over that never gets picked up!! The gates never work and are never closed but yet we live in a “gated community” the walls are so

I have been living here for several years and now my elderly mother is living here as well. First and foremost, I want to say that the staff is courteous, helpful, and concerned about the residents. We have been very fortunate to have as a new director, Miss Kristian, she has made great efforts to improve the overall quality of living in our community. She has shown a genuine willingness & commitment to bring about many positive changes. This community has now become my family. Thank you to all of the staff for making this place a safer place to live.
