The older lady in the office has been very rude and disrespectful. We are paying tenants we are not living here for free. We deserve to be treated with respect.

Absolutely unprofessional office worker for renting an apartment. This is our worst experience with a leasing office. We were there 3 times hoping to see and talk to someone else about renting an apartment, but again we left with nothing. We just wasted a lot of time. This woman is there for nothing, don't waste your time. It looks like they are not interested in new costumers at all

I called and spoke to the leasing representative Kathy I was asking questions and she asked if I called the right place because I’m not asking the right questions pertaining to the community. After I told her that this is the correct community and stated the address of the location she hung up the phone and blocked my number. Highly unprofessional if you treat your prospects that way I can’t imagine how the residents are treated. Proceed at your own risk ⚠️

The apartment itself is great, big and spacious; but the management sucks. They take forever to attend to a problem you bring to them. I reported some maintenance issue since before the Christmas holidays and they have yet to even come into the apartment to check it out. I had to go back atleast three times for every problem I reported to them. They also charge you a $25 fee for unlocking your apartment if you are locked out. The management sucks. Roaches are also a problem and you can forget about the exterminator they use, because the problem never goes away. In order to rid this problem you need to do it yourself.

The property is well kept and it's affordable. Utilities are included. But the air and heat are seasonal and it's controlled by management. It's carpeted with no hard Wood flooring and the appliances really need updating.
