Living at Landmark has truly been a joy, thanks to the outstanding team here. Ana (Property Manager), D’Andrea (Assistant Property Manager), and Tracy (Maintenance Professional) go above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Alongside them, Gabriel and the kind woman who keeps my floor spotless are all part of an incredible team. Since they came on board, I’ve noticed a clear and positive difference in the level of service. I only wish other properties had staff as professional, kind, and dedicated as the team we have here at Landmark. I’m in a 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit with a washer and dryer. Since the arrival of the current team, all service repairs have been completed in a timely and professional manner.

I’ve had a great experience living at Landmark Ridge Apartments! The location is incredibly convenient — close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes getting around so easy. The community feels safe and well-kept, and the grounds are always clean. My apartment is spacious, comfortable, and the updates make it feel modern. Maintenance has been reliable and quick every time I’ve needed something, and the office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Parking is usually easy, and the overall environment is quiet and pleasant. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live in a great area, I definitely recommend Landmark Ridge. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience here!

I have to say all in the DMV area’s if you want and or looking for very great affordable and well managed apartments/homes, definitely check out Land Mark Ridge Apartments in Alexandria. They are on the West End hill on Edsell Rd close to beltway excellent location. My elderly mother moved in about 3 years ago today and this had been for sure the best building apartment unit, the New Management Team lead by Mrs Anna are the best building management services we have had from Mrs Anna too the assistant manager and the front office staff and the hard working maintenance staff an cleaning staff all are super friendly and very helpful and you definitely can see they care about their job and the tenants. am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the living conditions and management services at 6161 . After residing in the apartment for approximately three years, I have decided to vacate the premises due to unresolved issues. The primary reasons for my departure are: 1. Parking difficulties: Despite having a reserved parking space, I experienced issues with parking availability, culminating in my vehicle being towed and incurring a $160 fee. 2. Disruptive construction noise: The ongoing transformation construction made it challenging for my family and me to reside comfortably, affecting our sleep and overall well-being. 3. Uncooperative management: Unfortunately, my concerns and requests for assistance were consistently dismissed by the property manager. 4. Invasion

I want to give a huge shout out to the leasing office, and to engineer Gustavo! I was desperate to leave the complex yesterday but the bottom of my car was fully encased in ice. I only had a plastic shovel, and with a neck injury that has caused weakness in my arms I was unable to get through any of it. The office was kind enough to send Gustavo out to break the ice for me. He went above and beyond and made sure I was able to get out of my space by guiding me through rocking my car. Because of everyone’s help I was able to get out and get groceries, but more importantly I am now able to travel to see my grandson from California, who I haven’t seen in 2 years. I’m forever grateful for this amazing team. THANK YOU!
