This is the worst property management group I've ever interacted with. I've lived in different parts of the city and across the country and this is by far the worst and most unreasonable property management company I've ever dealt with. They charge you for everything and refuse to do anything on behalf of the renter without charging. This includes any routine maintenance requests or upkeep on the property. You will be charged for an inspection automatically and then the cost of the repair. We had an issue with the HOA and when we asked the property management for more information they gave us a five day notice to pay them or leave. Very disrespectful staff and very unprofessional. They do not communicate unless they're asking something from you or threatening you. Stay away from any of

DO NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, rent from them. . Owner and landlord is REFUSING to comply fixing issues, forcing our hand. They ignore you as a tenant and make you jump though hoops. They do not care, and they will surely end up causing you a massive headache that can be avoided.

Please don't do business with this company. The HOA charged me $500 for 3 instances overnight out of 365 days where we left the garbage bins in our driveway. We asked this company for the documentation to support these outrageous fines and they served us with a five day notice to pay or evacuate!!! What HOA in America charges $500 for 3 instances of leaving a garbage can out overnight and the property management doesn't support appealing that decision? They charge for every maintenance request and they don't have your back when renting. Based on reviews, I'm very doubtful that they'll give me back my deposit...

I've had nothing but negative experiences with this company. These negative reviews are spot on, both as a homeowner looking for a management company and as a renter. This is not a good business and they shouldn't be able to conduct business in this way. Please avoid supporting this business. People deserve to have a better experience when renting a home.

Have a gentleman illicitly sub-lease to me out of one of their properties. I have all the proof to show that I was not just an occupant and with all the evidence they choose not to involve themselves. This is why justice is dying and why I understand the reason for a 2 star rating. The reviews are 100% per my experience.
