Would not recommend. Harold Glenn Goff was extremely incompetent and not knowledgeable in the area of mortgage lending. Furthermore, he continued to act as if he knew what he was talking about, however, after being called out on his lies and inaccurate information, he continued to yell and scream like a lunatic. Unfortunately, the other reviews regarding GOFF were indeed correct (he is abrassive and sneaky). In addition, he is very untrustworthy, and drums up lie after lie to dig himself out of a hole. Our current lender noted that this individual should be reported because of his lack of knowledge and dangerous advice (we may take heed to that suggestion). You have been warned if you decide to move forward with GOFF……..
