Landmark, Inc. A community Association Management Company

I have been involved with my HOA and on the board in one capacity or another for 30 years now. Over this time period we have had 4 different management companies. Three of them were mediocre at best, one even being a horrible nightmare. We have had Landmark, Inc. as our management company for several years now. I can say without a doubt they are the absolute best management company we have had in 30 years. The accounting provided by Landmark is always perfect. Not at all the case with our previous management companies. Our Landmark community manager Kanwal is the hardest working and smartest individual I have met in my 68 years of life. Quite possibly the worst property management company I’ve ever had the experience of working with! They won’t answer emails, their employees are slow to respond and our condo was so neglected and poorly managed that it was an embarrassment living there. Do not hire them and if you do, be prepared to be overcharged and underserved. I have worked in the property management industry for over 10 years managing huge properties and I cannot express my disappointment in this company. The employees are rude and unprofessional and really they have nothing but excuses why they are unable to do their job. Save yourself the frustration.

Terrible. Their customer service is terrible. Their website is confusing. They send the bill statements late or not at all and slap you with a huge late fee. I had to wait two months for them to get back to me just to replace my roof shingles. During the pandemic we are still paying full price for services we cannot use, like the recreation center. It seems that this company wants to squeeze every last dollar they can out of us.

Landmark's personnel are the personification of patience and kindness. I know this because I have tested their patience more than once myself and they only respond with kindness and more patience. They are a model business in what is a difficult industry. I recommend their services without reservation!
