Landmark flats Apartments

I was interested in a townhome that I saw on Zillow. I made an appointment, confirmed, and also confirmed the pricing. I go to the office and the two women there looks at eachother, clearly irritated, and said they knew nothing. One of them spoke to me but I felt more like an inconvenience. The pricing was completely different than the unit I saw online and they never even discussed that one. They took my drivers license and made me drive to the unit across town (cape fear townhomes). You’d think since they had my license they’d drive me but I guess not. The place was disgusting and when I told them they didn’t seem like they took it seriously. I looked at an onsite apartment but that wasn’t the best either. I can overlook a lot of things but if that’s how I was treated as a potential rent

This apartment complex is awesome! The leasing agents upfront were super kind and helpful and made the whole process so easy in an already stressful time. The apartments and amenities are great and the perfect size for me and my family!

I would like to leave a great review for Kelli she is a blessing at the office so caring loving and friendly always will help anyone and everyone to her best ability she makes the office such a pleasant place to visit with her positive energy.

Big thank you to Keli Dunn for going above and beyond for me!!! She is very determined to help the tenants at all cost. I’m not going to lie I was kinda skeptical of her at first, but she was willing to investigate on a situation for me and she kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. And because of that my perception of her has changed drastically. I’m very thankful for her and Carri, they are a great team!!

I stay in Cape fear counties, my property manager, Kelli Dunn is an awesome property manager she works with you. She’s polite, very professional. Every property manager need to take a class through her on how to be an effective professional property manager, and the rest of the staff is awesome as well. She handles problems quickly and she protects her tenants
