Landmark Company

I've heard nothing but positive things from other Landmark Company tenants, and I have my own long list of excellent experiences to add. Property manager Calrly is always courteous, never overlooks a request, and consistently goes above and beyond with genuine care. What more could you ask for in a property management company?

I’ve lived in my 2 bedroom apartment with Landmark for ~4 months now and have nothing bad to say. Despite the unit being a little older, it was very clean when I moved in. I think the prices are super reasonable for the area and the current cost of living. The neighbors are quiet and respectful, the grounds are well kept, and management is super responsive. I’ve had very few issues with my unit since it has been so well kept, but when my freezer went out they were on it right away! I am so thankful I found this place. Hats off to Christine for being great at her job!

Let me preface this by saying I never write reviews, but consider this a PSA. This company is super hit or miss, and it’s going to depend entirely on your manager. Wife and I lived in an apartment owned by landmark company for 6 years in the Durand location. We were always advanced on our payments and never had any complaints against us from our neighbors or anyone in the area in general. First 4 years with our first property manager was fantastic. She never raised rent, never bothered us, and did maintenance as requested pretty promptly. Second property manager that we had was a nightmare though. She raised rent EVERY year, constantly changed policies and parking regulations. Instantly made washer and dryer more expensive. She also constantly inconvenienced us by making unnecessary reno

This place was absolutely terrible. I was in the Prescott location and the building itself was fine but the neighbors were a nightmare. It was full of backstabbing, mean, sue happy women that seemed to have nothing better to do than ruin people’s lives. I reached out to the landlord in hopes she could resolve the issue but all she did was show conflict of interest in certain tenants that had been there for a decade and quickly turned against me as if I was the problem. I felt uncomfortable even coming home because (no exaggeration) every other day one of them was calling the cops on the other. My car was keyed and nothing was done. There were lots of bullying issues between all the kids living there (mainly due to the parents telling them how to think and act). One tenant banged on my door
