Landmark at Patterson

Nothing but good things to say, We had an issue with our flooring and within a week’s time the Landmark team had it fixed. Melissa made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole project. Danny did an amazing job being respectful in our home and was sure to be mindful of our cats. Very happy to have a great complex care.

Posting for my dear sweet brother: He lives here. He’s very clean and he has disgusting cockroaches in his house. I don’t like going to his house anymore and he despises his apartment. He stays for convenience reasons. His neighbors shared with him they have cockroaches 🪳 too. This is no fault of their own. The roaches 🪳 were there when they moved in. All of them are clean people and never had this issue until moving here. They do tell the office and they do send American pest control. But this is a continuous ongoing problem. They feel American pest control is not good enough if they never go away. The roaches are not going away they’re 🪳 in the walls. The apartments are extremely old. Please do something to get rid of them once and for all. 🙏🏻

Joe came out quickly to help us with our request about the flies getting in through the vents. He did a great job making sure that the vents under the apartment were opened up and gave us some helpful information about how to cover the unused dryer vent to prevent any future issues. Joe was very professional and friendly, and we have not had any issues with the flies since he came out! Wonderful experience - just wanted to pass it along!

We’ve lived here for over a year now, November will be two years in total. Maintenance has always been taken care of in a timely manner, but new management isn’t worried about A/C complaints as I have put a request in three times and have been told that it’s working fine. With rent being increased, you’d think they’d take this more seriously. I’ve asked neighbors about their A/C and in my same building, they’re having the same issues. We now have a window unit as our A/C and a fan to circulate in our apartment. In my opinion, if proper A/C isn’t available then rent should be decreased as we now have to worry about our utility bill increasing. I really hope these issues can be taken care of soon because it’s only getting hotter outside.

We moved in a few weeks ago and were needing some things replaced. Danny with Landmark came out and has been doing an amazing job replacing old doors in our apartment. He even did some work on the cabinets to fit a new refrigerator to replace our very old and beat up fridge. Thank you so much Danny!
